One of my go to paint brands! When I saw that they were having 25% off Paints and Stains this week July 15-18 I thought it was the perfect time to share some of my favorite Sherwin Williams paint colors in case you are looking.
Favorite Sherwin Williams Paint Colors
There really are so many great colors to choose from! If you want to look around they have some great tools on their website and also have stick on samples you can order so you can test out colors if you are unsure. Here’s a breakdown of some of my favorites.
Dark Colors
We might as well start with my absolute favorite which is Tricorn Black! We used this color for our accent wall and it is exactly what we were looking for. We used the Cashmere paint in the flat finish and it has the perfect silky finish with no sheen. This would be great for accents and trim. We even used the leftover paint for our fireplace surround.
A couple other dark colors that I love are Peppercorn and Naval. Peppercorn is a great dark charcoal if you are looking for something less intense than a black. And Naval is a great navy color that isn’t too dark and still shows up blue.
Colors
These are two colors I have been dying to try in my home! Evergreen fog is a great smoky sage color that would cozy up any space. I also LOVE Pink Shadow which is a dusty pink that could be a great accent (think doors, trim, furniture) or even for a full room. Hoping Lily will let me use this color in her room soon 🙂
Neutrals
Now lets talk about something everyone needs which are some neutrals! Agreeable Gray is an amazing gray and will work with almost any palette. It has just the right amount of beige and gray that its pretty neutral and doesn’t pull either way. Its a true “griege”.
Picking a white can be a little overwhelming sometimes because there can be so many. My two favorites are Pure White and Alabaster. Pure White is a great basic white that is pretty neutral in undertone. Its a touch warm but will go with just about anything. Alabaster is a little bit creamier with a warm undertone. It still pulls like a true white but has a warmer feel in the space without looking yellowish. We have used it a lot for trim and its our color for the kids bathroom pictured below.
Which one would you choose?
