There is just something so appealing about a festive drink! Wouldn’t you agree? Especially around the holidays, at a party or a celebration. So when my friend Lynne and I got together we thought it would be fun to come up with a festive prosecco cocktail!
I am a huge fan of prosecco! I mean, who isn’t? Anything bubbly is always a hit. So when putting it together we wanted something fun but simple. We wanted to save the extra time for spending time with guests and not having to craft too many things for this prosecco cocktail recipe. Because enjoying the company you are with is really what its all about in the first place!
Two very important details to remember! You need accessories 😉 adding a little straw will make it so cute and also save some lipstick. The second detail is to have a friend to cheers with! If you haven’t met Lynne yet make sure to go check out her page Pout n Powder! You can also check her out in Instagram too. Not only is she the nicest but she also knows a ton about beauty products and shares great fashion finds.
So heres the details…..
Festive Prosecco Cocktail
Procsecco
Cranberry juice
Pomegranate perils
Rosemary
Vodka (optional)
Add 1/2 ounce of cranberry juice to a champagne glass and fill the rest of the way with Prosecco. Top with 1 tsp pomegranate perils and a sprig of rosemary. Thats it!
For an extra kick add a splash of vodka! You can also muddle the pomegranate and rosemary to bring out the flavor more and then add it to the glass. Enjoy!
PS… Trader Joe’s sells pomegranate perils already removed. Cutting a pomegranate sure looks pretty but I definitely got it all over me haha!
