Iā€™m excited to partner with @priorityhealth to share some ways to manage the chaos at home and find joy in the moments in between.Ā  Ā  Tackle your calendarsā€ÆĀ  With so many upcoming events and activities it can get overwhelming to keep things organized. Here are a few ways to streamline it.Ā  -Collect important flyers and memos onto a bulletin boardĀ  -Combine all upcoming events (like open enrollment!) onto an easily accessible calendar -Eliminate all unnecessary papers and clutterĀ  Ā  Ā  Create peace within your spaceĀ  -Create cozy areas to relax. If you have a favorite spot, make that your space to unwind with plants, candles, enough light to read, somewhere to have teaā€¦ whatever it means for you.ā€ÆĀ  -Clutter tends to make us feel overwhelmed, so use the quick organization trick of setting a timer for only 5-10 minutes and just focus on straightening up one area. It will make a huge difference. Donā€™t forget to play music because that will keep you moving!Ā  -With the weather getting chilly, bring the outside in by adding plants to your space. It will breathe life and energy into your home. If youā€™re not great with plants, start with a Pothos! They are very tolerant and you can find them in most stores.Ā  Ā  Make quick and healthy snacksĀ  We often fall into the circle of being on the go and not finding the time to eat. Here's some favorite easy snacks that our whole family loves!Ā  -Hummus with veggies and pretzelsā€ÆĀ  -Smoothies pre packaged into freezer containers to just throw in the blenderĀ  -Cheese and fruit spreadā€ÆĀ  -Rice cakes with peanut butter topped with banana and honey or mini chocolate chipsā€ÆĀ  -Avocado toast with diced tomatoes and balsamic glaze. Use packaged avocado spread if you donā€™t want to stress about them being ripe.
